Established in 2011, OnePercentGuys is a team of low commission Realtors that provide a full-service solution to homeowners. We help sell great homes and condos for a 1% commission fee in Downtown, Midtown, West Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke and other parts of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

As technology and housing affordability have drastically changed, we believe that the commission model needed to change too. We found that the old-age 2.5% listing fee is no longer justified in today’s market. Homeowners deserve much better value – this is why we started OnePercentGuys.
